活性氧化铝球简介
活性氧化铝球是一种多孔性、高分散度的固体材料，有吸附性能、除氟性能，干燥性能，表面活性、优良的热稳定性、催化活性的多孔性，高分散度、大比表面积等。活性氧化铝球按其用途可分为活性氧化铝球吸附剂、活性氧化铝球干燥剂和活性氧化铝球催化剂载体。主要用于多种气体和液体的干燥，在石油、化肥、化工等许多反应过程中用作吸附剂、干燥剂、催化剂及其载体。氧化铝球还可以用于防潮干燥、空气分离、双氧水可用、变压吸附等方面；用于不同的方面对活性氧化铝球的技术要求不一样。
氧化铝球根据不同的氧化铝含量，可以分为三个级别：
1、60%—65%氧化铝含量为中铝球；
2、75%—80%氧化铝含量为中高铝球；
3、90%以上氧化铝含量为高铝球；高铝球又细分为90瓷、92瓷、95瓷。

氧化铝球是一种具有多孔性高分散度的固体物料，主要成分为氧化铝（≥92%），对被研磨物料的品质没有影响。产品比重大（≥3.60g/cm3），能大幅度提高研磨效率，降低研磨时间，节省能耗，降低成本；同时有效增加磨机有效容积，从而增加研磨物料的加入量。 氧化铝球硬度高，磨耗低（≤0.01%），能大大延长研磨体的使用寿命。氧化铝球白度高，不会对被研磨物料的颜色产生影响。
活性氧化铝球用途
活性氧化铝球在石油化工、化肥工业中，广泛用作催化剂、催化剂载体。现代净水活性氧化铝又具有吸附特性，因而用作气体和液体的干燥剂、气体净化的吸附剂、饮水除氟剂、工业污水的颜色和气味消除剂等。葸醌法生产双氧水的可用催化剂；空气中不吸湿，飞扬损失少，流动性好，便于输送和便于电解槽自动加料。
活性氧化铝球干燥剂是用在防潮，防霉方面，起干燥作用，干燥剂是一种从大气中吸收潮气的除水剂，它的干燥原理就是通过物理方式将水分子吸附在自身的结构中或通过化学方式吸收水分子并改变其化学结构，变成另外一种物质。广泛用于石化、炼油、电子、乙烯、丙烯、空气等干燥装置，已在全国许多双氧水厂，化肥厂，制氧厂和石油化工炼油单位使用，并取得了良好效果。
氧化铝球除氟类似于阴离子交换树脂，但对氟离子的选择性比阴离子树脂大，活性氧化铝吸附脱氟效果好，容量稳定，每立方米活性氧化铝吸氟6400克，本产品具有强度高，磨损低、水浸不变软、不膨胀、不粉化、不破裂。在水处理吸附方面活性氧化铝球可以有效的去除水中的臭味，使水中大部分比较大的有机物分子、芳香族化合物、卤代烃等能牢固的吸附在吸附剂表面上或孔隙中，并使腐植质合成有机物和低分子量有机物有明显的去除效果。可广泛用于石油裂解气、乙烯丙烯气的深度干燥和制氢、空分装置、仪表风干机的干燥、双氧水中氟化物处理，还可以去除废气中的硫气氢、二氧化碳、氟化氢、烃类等污染物质，特别适应含氟水的除氟处理。
