printing process
1. printing withplastisolink  for 3-4 times(3-4 scrapespertime)
2. thin the plastisol inkwiththinner before last printing
3. take up the screenplateslowly and slightly to make the special effect
4. baking for 1~3 minutesunder150~180℃to dryit.

attentions
1. the fabric must endurableinhot temperature, it’s not suitable for airtightfabric.
2. thick screen is suggestedforthe best effect .

应用
100%棉、棉/涤混纺、涤纶、深浅色布、牛仔布等各种织物，凡满足以下两点的织物均可使用：
1.能耐150c～180c；
2.有透气性，可以使油墨渗透进去。不适合的承印物比如：塑料、金属、玻璃等及经防水处理的尼龙布。

调配比例
可以直接印花，或用不同颜色相互调配成其他色
工艺流程
1.丝网选用100-120目厚板，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印2次，印第一次时用力刮4-6刀
2.最后一次刮印前将热固油墨稍加开稀，印后轻轻起板留浆即可做出拉浆效果
3.用热风枪吹至表干，然后150-180度焙烘过热1-3分钟，不能压烫
注意事项
1. 最后一次刮印前一定要将油墨开稀，否则无法形成完美的拉浆效果
2. 墨层一定要烘熟，否则会影响牢固度
